Everyone deserves care.

Adults with chronic and persistent mental health illnesses deserve the same care as healthy adults. We are one of the few locations in Westchester County available to adults with mental health disabilities who require Assisted Living or Adult Home services.

Amenities

• In addition to housing, Crestview is licensed to provide:

• Medication management

• Full meal services

• Laundry

• Housekeeping

• Programs and activities, including off-site trips

• Scheduling and transportation assistance for medical appointments

• Personal care services by certified personnel

Support and Respect

Crestview is a relatively small community of adults. Each resident is encouraged to be part of it. We are fortunate to have staff that helps promote this culture and builds trusting relationships with residents.

We provide structured activities and events, including at least one party per month, a trip to the Westchester Dinner Theatre each year, and more. We encourage all who are inclined to participate.
